"Tried giving this place a chance on multiple occasions but every time I went it was the same 2 rude employees. I didn't take it personally at first until I noticed they were very polite to other customers but stonewalled me or whoever I visited with. I even caught them on multiple occassions watching me, exchanging looks, and stifling laughter. I guess I'm hilarious without trying. And again, I didn't take it personally until others noticed their behavior as well and literally brought it to my attention without me saying anything. They would also tell us they didn't have things in stock without even checking. You'd think they actually had a wide selection of delta 8 vapes with as big as the store is but I guess not. I had enough points for $20 off my next purchase but I'd rather let them go than go back. Make sure your workers have proper customer service skills before hiring. I'm sure its no sweat off your back but you've lost quite a few customers and word of mouth travels fast. I think the female worker's name was Melanie or Melody. Something like that. The other was white guy with dark hair. About 5'8 ish. I never was able to catch his name because every time I asked, he'd just mumble and walk off or act like he didn't hear me. Even when I called the store once for info, he was rude. Don't waste your time. There are lots of great vapor shops in Indiana with great workers and even better variety. 0 stars!"

"Typically a great store and great people but unfortunately I have to say avoid that Delta Vapes. Urb specifically. Bought two different ones over two different weeks wasting over $80 but because they have a no return or exchange policy you're just stuck with the loss of the bad product. Be warned. Image included shows the vape lighting up on its own, a clear sign of its malfunction"
