"Overall great apartment complex. Management is kind and adequately responsive. Maintenance is very good and has a regular cleaning schedule. Other tenants are mostly quiet and are comprised of students and elderly folks. The apartments themselves are great for the prices and have convenience due to location. The only downsides being the sometimes slow elevator, roach issue, and loudness from outside of cars and people if you live on lower floors. However, there is not too much traffic for the elevator so it is not usually an issue. They have monthly pest control for the roaches and that usually deters them for some time and the loudness is tolerable due to it only happening on Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that the Dulion is a great spot."
"not a Wes Anderson movie"
"Super cute apartment. This place was so quiet and the maintenance staff was so nice and helpful."
"I just got the keys to my new apt at the dulion the other day. I love this apartment. When you walk into the lobby it looks like a Wes Anderson film. I love the gold mail boxes. My apartment is beautiful and luckily I’m on the corner so I have loads of windows and can see all of downtown. Paula with KH Mgmt was so sweet and a lot of help, she gets back with me as soon as I message or call her with any questions."
"I'm skeptic about the other 5 star reviews on this place.Yes the apartments are cheap and the location is convenient. However, I have been living here for less than a year and I am so sick of this place. This place is anything but 5 stars. First of all the building is a hundred years old. They have a terrible pest, plumbing, and electrical problems. Plus the elevator is extremely slow! Like it takes ~3 minutes at times and there is only 7 floors. Also, the place smells funny. On top of that they only have 2 washers and one of them do not work properly. If you put your clothes in the one to the left, there's a good chance your clothes will not get cleaned. They also only have 4 dryers but 2 of them hardly ever work properly. It steals your quarters and sometimes it doesn't even generate heat to dry your clothes. In the last 10 days I have had 8 issues with my unit. They are recurring leak and power breaker issues. The maintenance aren't qualified to deal with electrical issues. My breakers starting tripping consistently after they did an "elevator upgrade". They were working on the elevator directly across from the apartment. As soon as they finished I started to have issues with my breaker. I told the leasing manager and maintenance manager this but they didn't listen to me. Instead of having an actual electrician who knows what they're doing, they went the cheap route and tried to have unqualified people do it themselves. My breaker has been tripping every 15 minutes and it has been going on for 4 days straight now. Also you have to pay $50 a month to be able to park your car in the parking deck. You can't park it outside because there is a high chance that it will get broken into. My car was broken into twice in one week!! This place is awful. Whatever you do please do not live here!!"
