"Receptionist is very rude! I call multiple times and she answers as though I am bothering her. She picks the phone up and says “May I help you!” Does not give me time to say anything and hangs up in my face multiple times. l used to love this place. The phenomenal care the dr gives does not go with the attitude of the front desk something needs to change."
"My wife went there for a new patient examination. When she got there the receptionist told her to fill her name and sit down and they checked her in. My wife told me she was confused as she didn’t even sign any new patient paperwork. My wife had to ask for her paper work to fill out. We both got there at 2:19pm and waited TWO HOURS to be seen by the nurse practitioner whose attitude was not the best. After asking her questions the nurse practitioner left her in the room with a sheet of paper and told my wife that they will do an ultrasound for her. So we waited 30-45 minutes in there and no one came. So my wife went to the window and asked what time will the ultrasound be? And they said we don’t do ultrasounds today, there are specific days we do that. Firstly, how can the Nurse practitioner not know information like that? And just leave a patient in a room without telling my wife what to do next? We would like our new patient copay refund and an apology. I did not know what a OBGYN was before today but now I know. If I was a woman I know I wouldn’t picked this place. Such an unprofessional and terribly managed place. Don’t ever go there!"
"Rude: Customer Service Skills much Needed!! I Confirmed my appointment for the 18th last week. I arrived today, was told you missed your appointment last week you will be billed a $50 no show fee. It will be mailed out to you. Really after I confirmed my appointment with one of your representatives . ( over 7 years never missed an appointment)"
"I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY, THE STATE, and CMS. Collecting copays that aren’t actually due is FRAUD!!!! First off they were rude at the check in window which was really off putting. Then they insisted on charging me a copay even after I showed them that my insurance doesn’t charge a copay for a well woman exam. A representative from my insurance even called the front desk to tell them that there’s no copay. Guess what, I still was told I have to wait a few days for someone from their billing to call me back before they will refund me. After this experience I will never pay a copay without checking with my insurance company. Who knows who’s is scamming us out of money. Next the back office was swelteringly hot due to a previous patient wanting the heat on. Then they had a resident helping and let’s just say I’ve never had a pap hurt until now. Someone doesn’t know how to use a the device. The H&P has so many questions and yet they seemed to miss a lot of the important ones The MD was nice and that’s why they get one start. I’ll definitely find somewhere else to go for my next exam and I’ll be waiting for my refund"
"I started using this office back in 2009. I can honestly say I spoke highly of this place until this week. They receptionist is very rude and I’m not one to usually complain. And the fact that o mentioned it and considered switching doctors I was told I had to pay 200 dollars to be seen today. I declined services today and wanted to kindly share. This place use to be my favorite and sadly when you don’t pose as a friendly face or welcoming to the office, then finding another profession should be on the list. Some won’t speak up, but I don’t mind because right is right and wrong is wrong. Good luck to anyone trying to schedule a regular appointment or pregnancy appointment. If you can make it past the rude receptionist."
