Dr. Ellis and the nurses have taken great care of my children since they were young, and it is so sad when they graduate out of pediatric care. DR. KEVIN ELLIS is EXCEPTIONAL, and we are extremely grateful for his compassion and expertise. Without a doubt, his support and understanding have played HUGE roles in our kids' physical wellness and mental health. The nurses are also wonderful and very helpful!"

"We see Dr. Roth and she is so sweet and easy to speak with. She always listens and answers all of my questions. She never feels rushed to get in and out of the rooms. Her nurses are super sweet and I've never had any issues with the front desk girls. My only complaint would be how far out the office is booked. It's very hard to reschedule appts."

The billing department helped me figure out my insurance issues when I had to update it. They saved me a big headache. The nurses respond fairly quickly in the portal and are very knowledgeable. "My son has been a patient here since 2014 when he was first born. We started with Dr. Stewart (whom we loved) and when he retired we switched to Dr Gunter (whom we love to pieces). She and her nurse, Heather, are the kindest, most genuine people on the planet. Dr Gunter really knows her stuff and is always attentive to my needy needs and truly cares for my kiddo. The front office staff is always smiling and friendly. They are efficient and patient and make even the busiest checkin run smoothly. The operators are all great and answer within a reasonable time, even when I have to hold for a bit (which probably means they are busy). The billing department is easy to work with and so, so kind. The phone nurses are knowledgeable and SUPER helpful when I cannot get an appointment, they give me the best advice or will fit me in when needed. Overall; 5 stars. This office is THE best in Huntsville. We have also seen some of the other doctors in the practice and love them all. So attentive and they really seem to listen to your concerns and follow up with the appropriate care. Cannot say enough about Huntsville Pediatric Associates!"
