"This “doctors office” is the most unprofessional I have ever had to deal with. The receptionist is VERY RUDE. Dr. K used to be very professional and kind to my boys but her demeanor has increasingly become more aggressive and rude. She spent a good portion of my son’s appointment to berate my son over being late due to an accident that he had no control over. Totally unprofessional. They don’t file insurance. I’ve asked for the paperwork to file it myself on numerous occasions and it’s never been provided to me. I’m done with this office and their inability to maintain professionalism. You would think that they would be able to do so when you are dealing with psychology patients. On a positive note, their therapists are wonderful and I have no issue with them."

"Whoever you have answering your phone is costing you business. When someone just answers the phone "doctors office" no name no nothing and the first question they ask is what insurance do you have, it's already a bad way to start. The lady sounded like she had way better things to do then aquire new patients for the clinic. I guarantee you have miseed out on multiple patients just because of your answering service."

"I just got off the phone with the lady who answered the phone saying this is the doctors office. She was extremely rude and has no idea what these people that are calling her for an appointment are going through and trying to find help for there kid. I have never felt more angry in my entire life she was extremely rude, VERY unprofessional and Showed no compassion."
