Prior to meeting her face to face, we spoke on the phone several times because I had a thousand questions, never once did she sound impatient or try to rush me off the phone. Michelle invited me over to look around and ask more questions, needless to say I accepted and it was like we instantly bonded! We scheduled services, I absolutely love her work! She's kind, caring, honest, very knowledgeable about her field (constantly reading, researching, and watching videos). Michelle is also a VERY charitable person, she gives back to the cancer community, and what warmed my heart the most, she gives back to those once on the other side of the law who chooses to remove distasteful art from their bodies so they would have a second chance in life & the work field! I can go on and on about this beautiful woman inside & out but I'm sure you get the ideal!"

"Guys GO HERE. So professional, so so so sanitary, and such great service. My original appointment was for microblading. Apparently my body heals way to fast and it just pushed all of the color out (rare, but it happens). When I came back for the (totally free) six week touch up appointment, she agreed that the microblading healed too well and tried two new methods for free just to ensure customer satisfaction. They worked perfectly! She personalizes every experience and will always get the job done even if she has to spend extra time doing it. You are in control of the entire process and even have a toothpick and mirror in your hand the whole time in case you feel like she missed a spot. And the pain level was waaaay lower than I expected it to be. Tried to post a pic but it wouldn't let me ☹️"

"I had just heard of microblading Bella thorns snapchat story. She is a celeb if you guys didn't know. Anyways I had done my research and looked up a couple of options. I came across no filter and talked to a lady on the phone. She explained more in detail about the process and different things that could be done. I decided to schedule an appointment with her. I was nervous because I had never gotten anything done before but she was polite and caring and took her time with me. After it was done I could not believe what my eyebrows looked like. They looked amazing. They were #onfleek to put it one way. Anyways when I went out that weekend all my friends complimented me on my new brows. I took one of them the following week and he loved them too. This place is great and I would recommend to anyone looking to get this done. It looks natural and my eyebrows look fuller."

"If i could give them 0 stars I would. Most mediocre business I've ever spoken with. I called to schedule a consult. When the call started the lady stated that she was had just finished an appointment. The women over the phone gave me some quick information. They only had one time slot available which i could not work with. She gave me smoother options WEEKS out, i was thinking it over. SHE then rudely said that she doesn't have time for this phone call and that she has a client. I explained that I also wanted to be a client but could not if this was her customer service. TO SAY THE LEAST I AM HAPPY I WILL NOT BE GOING TO HER. Mediocre service = Mediocre WORK."
