So I was a bit nervous! But Tina was very fun to talk to and made my long appointment go by in a snap. She also explained nearly every detail of the process which was very appreciated. No one had ever explained some of these things to me before and it empowered me to be sure of what exactly I was getting. I also got highlights. The end result--I couldn't be happier!
