"I got my stud and septum pierced at Relentless Tattoos. Trell was my piercer for the appointment. He cleaned my nose for the stud piercing and I was recovering from getting that pierced and he proceeded with the septum piercing as planned. I didn’t realize until about 30 min later that he did not clean before he pierced my septum. This was on Friday. By Sunday evening, my septum piercing was intolerable and was causing intense pain. I reached out and the response from the owner was to keep cleaning it with saline, that if I experienced numbness that was normal to extent (which is in fact not normal). Monday, I had to have the septum piercing removed by a physician who had to numb my nose and prescribe me antibiotics because the piercing was clearly infected like I had suspected. When reaching out again to the owner, I was told Trell would reach out and I have yet to receive any kind of communication regarding this. 10/10 do NOT recommend. It’s one thing to make a mistake and own up to it but to make a mistake like that and disregard it, is unacceptable."
