"Renters beware!! Liz in the office is trying to fleece residents out of money they don't owe. When she makes a mistake depositing a rent check because she keyed in the wrong account number she will still argue with you and tell you she did nothing wrong. They want a $75.00 late fee for their mistake. This place has gone down hill since Pam left. The office staff is rude and extremely uneducated. The maintenance staff is non-existent and when they do finally come to "fix a problem" they create more problems because they have no idea what they are doing. Please reconsider before moving here."
"If I could give zero stars I would, do not move here if you expect anything to happen in your life ever. The management team are the most lying, conniving, underhanded human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and my entire life is turned upside down because the office staff literally get paid to answer the phone and still don't. Outdated, run down apartments for high end prices. Do not waste your time or your money on this place or any property owned by the same company."

"This place is not worth the headache don’t let the looks fool you. It’s sad for the amount of rent I pay monthly and I can’t even get maintenance request completed in a timely manner. I constantly have to call and beg for someone to service my unit. when something does get fixed it’s back messed up the next month. I’ve had plumbing issues since move in and now water comes up through my floors when raining and ceiling leaks. My trash disposal is always out of service and I can’t even wash dishes or prepare a meal in my kitchen. This is day 5 of me calling with no results. A few photos of what you deal with living here!"
