"So I’ve lived here for a year. Was very skeptical because of the review(s). Well it is a very affordable place so don’t expect like top of the line living. It was not bad at all living here but because basically anyone could afford this place I didn’t fell the safest. I didn’t feel endangered either. Just constantly checked my surroundings and always heard someone fighting. I’m fairly young, a woman, and also a mother so that’s kind of why I’m always on guard regardless. Maintenance came a few days after you call or right then and there if it’s an emergency. The staff is REALLY nice. My bills were always around the same price. The cleanliness is okay nothing extremely clean but nothing horrendously dirty. Don’t like how a lot of neighbors litter where ever. (Next to your cars & next to the staircase) I’ve caught a few arguments on my ring camera with aggressive neighbors. But over all it’s a good place to start off on your feet. Definitely not a forever home. I wish I felt more safer. I wish other tenants were respectful to their neighbors. But the staff itself, I have no complaints. And I do like a lot of my neighbors don’t get me wrong. Mostly we’re very nice to me. It’s not a 5 star but for the price it’s pretty decent."

"I like my apartment. It's clean. Thank goodness no bugs. We get sprayed every other month. My neighbors are okay. Mrs. Beth and Lauren in the rent office are very nice. However, the breezeways are not cleaned. There's glass out in the parking lot. People do not respect the parking. Guest hardly ever park in the visitors spot. Laundry room needs cleaning regularly. I would recommend living here but can't promise everyone's experience would be the same as mine."

"So pleased! Every community in Mobile was on a waiting list at the time I applied for an apartment. Hunter's Pointe had the earliest availability, and Lauren in the office was so patient with me while I waited on a unit. I moved into the apartment sight unseen from Mississippi, and I can say it's been nothing but pleasant since I arrived. Lease signing was simple and quick, the apartment is clean and cute and QUIET. No noise from the parking lots, no trash, dumpsters are empty, grass is maintained. I couldn't be happier with my new home, especially for the price. Thank you, Hunter's Pointe! So happy to be home."

"Nice apartment complex located in heart of mobile! Spacious yet reasonably priced. Close access to major interstate and highways. Within walking distance of Walmart, dollar store, bank, salon, pharmacy, convenient store, gym and school. Everything you could possibly need. Amenities include access to washer/dryer, tennis court, playground, pool and soda machine. Multiple entrance/exits to complex, light traffic within complex and plenty of parking. For the first time in my life I feel like I live in a safe complex. I’ve been living here for over a year leaving 2-3 times a day and have somehow managed to avoid bumping into any of the tenants in the surrounding 7 units in my building. I absolutely love hunters point! My Previous experiences at other complexes included constant traffic, always running into my neghibors who wanted to start lengthy conversations at the wrong times, limited parking and constant sound of the want to be mechanic working on his vehicle right outside my door, here at hunters point the residents are friendly yet keep to themselves. We also have peace of mind knowing we have a onsite courtesy officer. The apartment managers Beth and Jamie both work very hard keeping the complex a clean, comfortable and pleasant environment. Thank you both for your hard work!"
