"Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment with Lew and paid a deposit about a month and a half ago, and that appointment was canceled 25 minutes before. We rescheduled for a different day. Instead of this one being canceled, I waited at the shop for 30 minutes after sending a text and calling twice. They eventually got back to me about 3 hours later, and we tried to reschedule again. This time, there would be about a week between responses until I asked for a refund of my deposit. After agreeing to send said refund, I was given the run around for two weeks."
