"I just moved here in 2016. I left and came back. When I left there were no problems with anyone but upon my return I was approached by Judy the manager in a very offensive way. I don't bother people or cause problems. The way she did me and my company was very unprofessional and nasty. She was an aggressor and then called the police on me BC she was upset. I handled the situation nicely and didn't lose my cool even after she bumped me intentionally with her stomach. She called me and my family out of our names and caused an unnecessary scene. She accused me of selling drugs and anything else that she could lie about to EPD. I just don't understand where did all of her hostility come from. I enjoy the location and my neighbors and it's location is very convenient for me. Ms Theresa is awesome."

"Unprofessional management...from the live-in manager Judy Chambers, and from Ms. Brooks Slow maintenance...Unprofessional maintenance workers I wouldn't stay there again if my life depend on it. Stayed there a year and my child stayed constantly in and out of the hospital the whole time we were there due to inadequate maintenance"

"Maintenance comes when they feel like it, residents are policed like they are in a concentration camp, black ppl are refferd to by the onsite property manager as "You People". She calls the police on ppl for no reason, stands around and watches ppl and their homes and is an all around rude and nasty person."
