"This insurance is a scam. I had the PREMIUM policy coverage too. I had damage to my home and they refused to pay based on a technicality. At least they were professional when they told me I was SOL (my only compliment). By the way, it took me multiple emails, where I NEVER got a response from my agent, then me calling a regional office to even start my claim... My lawyer AND my real estate agent have advised me to cancel the policy because it is a scam, based on their knowledge of the damage and the situation. The loss was too small to warrant a lawsuit (lawyer fees) and the policy had enough grounds that I might not win anyway. STAY AWAY!"

"I am not a person who writes reviews, but I feel this one needs mentioning. I have Farm Bureau Insurance for the past 25 plus years. We all hate to write those premium checks every month, but believe me they are worth it when the need arises. I was involved in an auto accident on July 2, 2019. I had a new car with only 3,200 miles on it. Another individual turned in front on me and I hit the left rear of the car. All,but one of the air bags deployed. My bones in my right wrist were dislocated and I had some hearing loss due to the air bag. Farm Bureau immediately went to work helping me. Rental car was immediately available, the claims people were amazing. Due to the extent of the wrist injury, I had to have surgery to repair the injury. The other driver do not have enough coverage to cover the claim. I am so thankful my Farm Bureau agent had recommended to me to have great limits for uninsured-under insurance motorist coverage. FARM BUREAU IS AMAZING"

"Hi, this is his wife of the above mentioned. These agents at this location are very helpful. They will work with you, explain things in full detail so that you fully understand what your policy has in it, they look for every possible discount that you can have, Nice people. The only one that I have a complaint against is the receptionist. She needs to brush up on her people skills & learn to have a different tone of voice with whomever may call in. Other than that everyone is GREAT!!!!!!!!! plus they do not over charge you like State Farm does (they wanted $185 per month for the same coverage that we have now), Allstate (they wanted $231 per month), & I could go on."
