"I inquired about renting a home here and was told that my dog was not allowed. I was ok with that because I did not have to bring my dog being that I will only be renting for a year. The owner Bill told me that he “could not help me” because people have snuck their dogs in before as if he were saying that I would do the same. I wouldn’t dare rent from someone like this guy. I previously stopped by his office and was told that I had to wait outside. VERY unprofessional! He doesn’t deserve even one star.."

"Wasted my vacation time at work to go out and meet bill who didn't know the difference in October nor September they advertise pet friendly but that's false advertising cause they have a list of dogs that are not allowed and not advertised on the company website he was clean cut black hair looking professional on the company website as well get out there and he's got shoulder length greasy blond hair putting October before September very unprofessional & unpresentable at first meet and greet can't imagine how he manages the properties not even managing himself to be presentable knowing we had a scheduled visit"

"I don't know what happened to this place, but it has definitely went down hill. I really don't mind waiting on food but if I'm going to wait 30 mins at least make sure my food is fresh... My fries on all 4 of my meals were extremely cold, chicken fingers over cooked& my grill cheese was burned."
