"There really should be a no stars option or a two thumbs down! Have been a business customer since 2013... We have NEVER seen anyone from this office face to face and they only reach out when it's time to renew or collect premiums. We have paid tens of thousands in premiums and have never had a loss...we were repaid with "lower renewals" failed to mention less coverage and their knowledge of workers comp and our business type...A complete joke! Oh, we did get a Christmas card this year! My guess is damage control. . I would imagine we're not the only fed up business customer since we constantly received emails intended for other businesses I assume they received emails intended for us! I suppose they would be fine for a very simple low, low revenue or hobby business with no assets or employees. but, if you're in business to make a living and protect your assets and financial well being this will not be a good fit!"
