IE "I'll call you when suchandsuch happens". Also you can ask 3 different people, including the service manager, and get 3 different answers. At this point I'm just going to use a private shop to get the job done, it's not worth the hassle and strain."

"First off, stop relying on text/SMS as the main channel of communication. I do like the idea of updates via SMS, but the messages I received never contained any new information. I realize that I am not in the younger demographic and that many customers are scared to death to actually talk to a person; they live life on their phones. So maybe listen to customers like me when we tell the service desk that we prefer phone calls, not SMS. Each time we make a point to tell them, they say they understand, and then we receive nothing but SMS. Why??? You want us to adapt to you instead of the other way around? Playing with fire. When there is a true update on our vehicle, CALL US!!!! Secondly, we decided to schedule the repair at a time that better fit our calendar. The estimate that we were provided lists NO PART NUMBERS! I do not call this an estimate, incomplete estimate at best. It is our vehicle and our money. If I want to look up the parts myself, why not provide us the part numbers?"
