"Do not rent from these people. Steve and his wife are never available. They only show their faces on the day rent is due. They are never to be found when an emergency comes up. This complex is full of drama. Drugs, fights, unattended children, and unsanitary living conditions. The apartments are outdated and need major repairs."

"My daughter and her husband lived in these apartments and they were often bothered with neighbors asking for drugs and knock down drag out fights. They are expecting a baby and have found a home in a great neighborhood. Because they missed the one month grace period to give notice by a week they are having to pay a full months rent. These people who run this has no heart and could careless about the people who has rented from them for 2 years. Take my advice and find you another place to rent."
