"I'm a business traveler and this hotel cost me money. I expect to be able to print when I travel to a Marriott property and this hotel hasn't bothered to put in a working printer. I'm ranking this hotel 1 out of 5 stars because they can't manage to put a working printer in the hotel lobby. It's stupid and I for sure won't be coming back."

"Easy accessible to I 65. Comfortable, clean, with nice employees. Beds are soft. They have a full breakfast with meats, spinach quiche, biscuits, and fruits. Delicious coffee as well. I stay here everything I'm in the Mobile area."

"Disappointing...We needed a room for the weekend that was near, the venue where my husband's grandson was getting married. We booked this room, based on our last experience with Marriott Bonvoy, at Kennett Square, because it was wonderful. We couldn't have been more wrong with this one. This Fairfield Marriott is not even close to the standard of the previous hotel experience. We got into the room, it felt clammy. Adjusting the thermostat made it a little cooler but it never was what we'd consider comfortable, just always sticky and humid. I checked the closet for an extra blanket to use on the sofa while relaxing and watching TV, but there was none. Instead behind an extra pillow I found two disgusting, stained, pillowcases balled up, shoved in the back. I put them on the floor next to the dresser, with a note for housekeeping about where/how I found them. I figured housekeeping would come in the morning, freshen the room, take the trash, and find the pillowcases. We left for the day. When we returned everything was the same, the pillowcases, the trash, etc. I took the pillowcases to the front desk to explain how I found them, because I didn't want them showing up on my bill. The lady at the front desk couldn't have cared less. Instead she asked if I had requested housekeeping?? Really, for what they charge? I didn't even care about changing towels, but at least take the trash. I would have bagged the trash myself, except there were NO BAGS, in any of the trash cans. She said she would let housekeeping know about the pillowcases...not sure how that works, since she didn't care enough to ask my room number. The one bright spot in the weekend was the incredibly kind and friendly lady that was monitoring and refilling the breakfast Saturday morning. She was pleasant, chatty, and helpful. Sadly, not enough to make me want to return. We're still traveling, but tonight we'll be staying with a competitor."
