"Dr. Harrell and Wilson are both great. Their demeanor and bedside manner speaks for them. I’ve had a great experience as well as outcome from my visits to them. "First let me say I have not been seen here, however wanted to write this review to let others know who are considering— if you are over 300 pounds you can NOT be seen at this location. Their table doesn’t support any weight 300 and over. But the ladies seem very nice. Would’ve loved to give them a try but will be going elsewhere."

"I was driving through Montgomery and stopped at The Joint. The staff and the Chiropractor were excellent and She adjusted me to my liking. I will say she takes her time hence the longer than usual wait compared to my home clinic, but I was impressed with her interactions with the other customers. They helped my daughter pause her sessions when she goes out of the country for Christmas. The only negative comment was the bathroom was very dirty and had a black ring in the toilet and the sink was also dirty. I was a bit surprised as this is a medical facility. I would go back but I would not use the restroom."

"This was my first experience & The Joint Chiropractic and I must say I just appreciate the customer service. My appointment was at 12:00 I arrived at 10 and asked could I be seen, they made it very easy for me to check in and also to get me to the back to be seen. Never the less the time was perfect and the staff was very understanding. I’m glad I chose this practice because most places don’t accept walk ins and they accepted me with no hesitation. We need more facilities like this."

"This was my first visit to a chiropractor! I must say from the time I step foot in the door they were very welcoming. I can’t remember the girl at the front desk name but she was awesome big thanks to her because she could tell I was nervous. Once I got to the back Charlene was very gentle she went over everything with me and made sure I understood all of the information she was telling me. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!"
