It’s no communication or resolving anything cause the people that work there act like they never graduate elementary school the phones never work and you’ll never get your mail because the boxes don’t work and now u have to go to the post office so if u ever talk to a lady name Fredrick Mcray just leave now because she very rude, highly unprofessional."

"As a contract welder tasked with repairs, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yolanda Shadee, the Property Manager, on multiple occasions, and she is always wonderful to work with. Furthermore, I have observed her professional and courteous interaction with the residents on many occasions as she walks the property. Based on my personal and professional experiences, I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent."

"Where do I begin…. First off I want to say if I could give negative stars I would. I applied for this complex (2bdr 1.5bath) in march… I was told I was approved in April. Payed my deposit in the beginning of may because I was told my apartment was ready they was just waiting on the people over them to approve some more paper work okay cool. My move in date was June 6th. June 6th came I was told I couldn’t move in because the people over them still haven’t approved some paper work. I had to reprint and take check stubs up there like 5times. Boom July 6th come I go up to the office because I was called July 5th saying my apartment was ready. Get there I get showed this. Not the apartment I applied for at all.They try to show me another apartment which was just as worst it had a bag of beer cans on the counter top and clothes behind the door as if somebody had been trapping it outtt. Just horrible. Was told I couldn’t receive my deposit back because it had been over 72 hours but I was held up because of them. I was supposed to move out the end of June. It has been like 3 different people in the office since I applied. They didn’t process my application when I first paid the application fee. Very unprofessional they and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here. The pictures online aren’t accurate at all. Now I have to find some where to stay under a short period of time. Wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Don’t be like me and loose money and time. DONT DO IT"
