"Before you decide to live here because of cheap rent (like I did), please read this: 1. The parking has to be the absolute worst part of living here. There is no way the parking lot(s) would pass ANY sort of inspection or permit if there was one. It should be ILLEGAL to have a parking lot the way this place does. You will rarely ever be able to park in front or even near your own apartment. Good luck trying to get in and out. I have already destroyed the back of my car due to the walls and very tight space. 2. The “renovations” are pretty bad. This place screams the “landlord special.” It looks like someone DIYed the entire renovation. There is paint dried everywhere, including sinks, ceilings, even the floor. The cabinets don’t open correctly due to poor blueprint planning. The dishwasher barely opens because someone designed the door to scrape the oven every time you open it. The inside of the cabinets have cheap contact paper that is peeling up. I could have DIYed the renovation myself and it would have come out way better. 3. The apartment on move in day REEKED of marijuana. It genuinely smelt like someone smoked one right before we came in. Not to mention, the apartment was NOT clean. Whoever they hired to clean needs to be fired, immediately. There was caked up dirt on the oven knobs, light switches, sink, every appliance. There was food stains on the cabinets which I was able to clean it with a simple clorox wipe. The washing machine/dryer all-in-one was caked with laundry powder, and there was wet dirt within itself that I had to clean out. It smelled AWFUL. There’s absolutely no reason or excuse that I had to clean the last residents’ dirt and grime!! There’s a lot more I could talk about but it’s important to know. I didn’t expect any of this prior to move in. Please think twice before you sign a lease with these people."
"Pros: Location is great. Dog friendly and easy places to take them on walks. Cheap rent. Maintenance is great, way more responsive than management. Appliances all work. Cons: Parking sucks. Most people parallel park where is says "no parking tow away" which makes it very hard to get out of the actual parking spots. We have lived here over a year and no car has been towed. The office does not pick up the phone ever, email is pretty much the only way to get ahold of anyone and even then its not reliable. You get exactly what you pay for with cheap rent. Hot water runs out often. Combo washer/dryer which works okay. Bathroom "renovations" are mediocre at best. Many packages have gotten stolen from our door. Only real amenity is the pool. Its a place to live in a great location for relatively cheap but its not anything special."
"This is the worst management I have ever had to deal with. I’ve lived here since march of 2020. They have changed management 4 times within a a span of 9 months. I have been trying to move out of this place since October with no response. My calls have been “escalated to upper management” on 4 separate occasions and there is never anything done. They change management over a few weeks ago again and the prior management office wrongfully charged me a late of $80.10 regardless of the fact that my rent gets paid on the 1st every single month. I called to get the issue resolved and the new manager said he would take care of it. The charge is still on my account because now they say i have a preexisting balance from the first unit I lived in until they had the loft apartment I originally requested to be in ready. All of my preexisting utilities and charges were transferred to my new unit in may. After finally moving in they never fixed my bathtub because the fumes would have to have me leave for 2 weeks and I had already moved in. No big deal I live with the unfinished tub. I found out I was pregnant in July and attempted to either transfer properties or break my lease. They bounced my calls around and the office was vacant for 5 months with a note on the door claiming to be out showing properties. Now the new management refuses to remove the charge claiming it’s a vacant utility charge from the other building ironically in the same amount the false late fee was for. Despite submitting proof to Bradford he also ignores my request to speak to higher management and the charge is still on my account. My advice pick any where else to live. I know it seems great for the price and location but the frustration and costumer outweighs anything you might like. Oh and the gym shown in the photographs has been closed for months the pool is small and no one cleans up their dogs poop so it smells awful."
"I've been here for about 2 - 3 months and overall my experience has been pretty good. The only cons I can think of is that parking is a pretty limited near my building. Also, the washer/dryer situation is not ideal. But overall though, I'm pretty satisfied. I did want to say that Andrew was very helpful and informative and made my transition moving in great. Speaking with them gave me confidence that I chose a pretty decent complex to live in."
"I’m giving this apartment complex two stars based on its location alone and proximity to great parks, bars/restaurants, and a grocery store. Now, the other three stars are gone for good reason. I’ll start by saying I lived at this apartment for a year before they had a big management change and started their “renovations”. The prior management/property owner was terrible beyond words and I lived with an obscene amount of black mold in my apartment for two years. No matter how many “renovations” are made, this property is in disrepair. It wasn’t built well from the beginning and literally every one of its 5 buildings has issues, mostly water damage from what I gathered from neighbors. The renovations being made now sure do LOOK nice, but certain elements fell apart within a couple of weeks and the quality is low. Not to mention the management company made no effort whatsoever to accommodate its tenants during Reno- I’ve never heard of completely gutting and renovating a property with so many tenants actively living there. Save yourself a headache and look somewhere else. Even if the issues we had are gone, there is a plethora of other things wrong with this property."
