"The staff was very nice from appointment to front desk upon checking in and checkout. The nurse was awesome she came in prepared and basically had everything already set up. The Doctor was awesome, very compassionate and helpful. He came in sat down introduce himself made a couple jokes and asked me important questions and got to the bottom of my issue.He seems really concerned about my health and well being. Doctor H then came up with a few game plans and made sure we were on the same page. The wait in the waiting area and inside the room is just a little long, but well worth it. And it takes time to get an appointment to get in and be assessed. He didn’t disappoint. He came highly recommended from an ER Physician and I see why. I will be recommending anyone who needs a(n) Ortho specialist to come see Doctor Hartzog."

"Trust is hard to come by these days and Money seems to be the Root causing the lack there of. Unfortunately, phrases like “ I give you my word” , “ I promise “ , and “ Trust Me” no longer offers the security in confident decision making. Health Care Providers are at the top of the list that demand all patients to use every ounce of discernment we possess. My experience with Dr. Hartzog needs to be heard. I am 70 with 2 worn out knees. I was expecting to hear i needed knee replacement surgery but to my surprise this Doctor took his time and LISTENED to his PATIENT with LASER FOCUSED PATIENCE! He could have easily recommended knee replacement and I would have scheduled immediately. Instead we discussed ALL options and decided on physical therapy to build quad model muscles to support my knees. Dr. Hartzog clearly has the best interest of His Patients. I was a bit ill having to wait 2 hours but realized afterwards this Doctor spends the time required to make a professional and caring diagnosis. Definitely worth the wait!!"
