"This place is complete trash. The doctors, the staff do not care. Too busy being on their phones, laughing & cutting up. Will never return your calls & is the biggest hassle getting them to sent medications over. My mom has been dealing with pain for over a year now & was referred to center for pain about 5 months ago & has been in even more pain ever since. She’s gotta 2 shots there, that’s gave her no relief. The second one they gave her, I watched them let her leave in tears from being in so much pain & still wouldn’t give her anything for relief. It’s all about the money for them. They do not care what’s no ever. Don’t waste your time with this worthless place."

"Dr. Ware is GREAT but every other aspect is so bad I opted for epidurals rather than yet another group of PT visits. Dr. Ware seemed overworked when I met him but he took the time to explain my issue and course of treatment, which I appreciated. My follow up conversations with him were similar. My first epidural visit I was placed in their small side waiting room for 2 hours, then got rushed thru like cattle. Given that this was my spine being punctured this made me very uneasy. There is no guarantee for relief from the epidural, I knew that from Dr. Ware and after my 2nd visit he told me that if I had no relief then I could cancel the 3rd appointment. 3rd Appointment I showed up anyway but had to leave after waiting too long so they rescheduled. I never confirmed and was charged $30 as a no show... for an appointment I never confirmed. I would have just paid it but there is no way online to do that, even though they use a service that clearly supports it, instead you have to call that local 288 number. I explained the situation to their billing department and they were supposed to address it. They did not, so I got another bill which I paid just to make it go away. If you are a potential customer know that you may struggle to find parking, be kept in a cramped waiting room for lengthy periods, get little to no relief and then if you fail to cancel an appointment you didn't asked for you will be billed as a no show"

"Very displeased with pain center. I had appnt on Tuesday... now late afternoon on Thursday...I went to get refills for my 3 rxs I've gotten for years. They failed to call in one rx and after leaving several mssgs to Dr. Herricks nurse line I've had NO CALL BACK!!! I think they have over extended themselves to the point that their quality quality of care has diminished."

"I'm 60 years old suffing from lung cancer n have medication to keep me from losing weight as it's made my whole body sick trying to fight. I'd been in pain mngmnt for 7years with an unblemished history there. I come to Alabama n make ann appt with Dr Alameda n he was aware of my meds. He treated me n it went great. My next visit a Asian Male PA came in he berated and belittled me spoke to me like a child throwing my urine test in my face n said you are to ween yourself of your cancer meds before I come back reemed me out n shoved prescription for Tylenol 3 n Motrin only 1per day n the same with Motrin only 1oer day. I've never allowed anyone to treat me this wAy in a time when my body is in crisis. He no concern. Whatsoever of my condition and didn't care n slammed the door on his way out. I begged him to get the doc so he could teach him the correct way to treat me and refuse. I left the office in tears n the following day called in a complaint and again when I rescheduled but no one did anything or even pretended to care. DONT USE THE PRACTICE! !!!!! "PARKING IS HORRIBLE. I completely understand it’s limited due to the location but they should let people know when they make their first appt so they can plan accordingly. I saw 2 ppl before seeing Dr. Ware for a brief 2 min. A total of 3 hrs!!! What I saw of him I liked. Scheduled an MRI, still haven’t heard back from the office. They’re all about pushing numbers and not sure if they care about the true care of the patients. Seemed a lot like a goat rodeo to me. Will update accordingly as to see what the outcome of my next visit will be."
