Very knowledgeable woman and I'm so thankful for Ms. Melinda letting us switch to her! We use to see Dr. Evans but he retired unfortunately... after that we saw Ford but he's just not a good fit for us. I look forward to my next appointment with her!!! She made my day!"

"The nurses and staff were over all nice, but I saw three different ENT specialists, and got no help. They all performed the exact same testing, and did NOTHING to help get the fluid off my ear that I’d had since July of 2021. I’ve had documented hearing loss multiple times, and the last doctor I saw said my hearing was fine and nothing was wrong with my ear. I made an appointment with a completely different ENT and had to have a tube put in the same day. I won’t be going back to this office for anything."
