"Rude! In the past, they never answered the phone, and they have no other way of contact for deaf people or people with other disabilities to contact them. It had been two years since I last tried to contact them. Just recently, something unexpected happened to me, and I was left scrambling to find a place to live in 2 weeks. I discovered Falcon Manor 2 had a couple apartments available. I somehow was able to get a hold of them, and they told me to fill out the application and submit the application fee. I did all of that and sent them $50 that I didn't have just so I could secure a place to live. They never called back or anything. Just took my money. Thankfully, I was able to find a place to temporary live before the end of the two weeks. A month later, while trying to find a permanent place to live, I saw Falcon Manor 2 had some openings again. I decided to contact them to meet them at the apartments in person, so I could see what the apartments look like and talk to them about the application and the money they took from me. On the day I was to drive 4 hours there, my car broke down. I called them to let them know that I would not be able to make it. Before I could explain anything or say anything else, they just hung up on me. If they're going to act like that and take my money when I'm desperate, they're not going to take care of their tenants. Don't waste your time."
