"Edit: you don't have data on my unit anymore probably because your new management forced me out of my apartment, said it was unlivable and then moved someone else in only one month later. 2 years living here and this place has lost all its comfort. No grounds person to keep up with the mess of neighbors. Rent is raising by $300 whether repairs are done inside or not. Huge roach and waterbug issue and no bug people to help. New management and lease agreements are pushing people out so they can make apartments look better for new comers. Inside looks just as bad as outside repair wise. Not worth your money. Live somewhere else. Also there's a very loud train several feet from the community. Not much of a problem, but the rent increase isn't worth what you get."

"We have lived here since 2009, This place has been a dump and that is being nice. The new owners and mgmt staff ( IE Kim) has bent over backwards to help this Dump (NOT BE A DUMP). She has not been here long and is making improvements little by little. It takes time to make a Dump look nice and she is doing her best. At least Kim is there for the tenants and will listen to the tenants. She will tell you like it is. Skyview / The Glenn needed someone like Kim a long time ago. Thank You Kim for looking out for us."

"Truth be told these are older apartments and just like any neighborhood not all your neighbors care for their homes as well as you’d like. But all in all the staff here are very helpful and understanding. Ive lived here a couple of years now and I really like these apartments. For the price ,and compared to apartments in this area, these are quite spacious and you can make it a nice place to live."

"It's ok if you live by your self. They aren't very big and I had to wait 3 weeks before I could get my thermostat fixed and water heater fixed. Would probably recommend different apartments."
