"I currently live here and I’m not one to complain but I can’t do this anymore. They are fixing the front parking because previous management didn’t feel it was important. It will take 4 months and it’s almost done. What they won’t do is have decals to park on the property. I get it, everyone has their person they want but nobody is considerate of the tenants. No even my neighbor. People will have their Bf and GF drive and park their vehicle in the back where parking is limited. Imagine trying to come back to your apartment where you pay rent but can’t find parking because someone else who lives there invited they person over and said park anywhere EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE LIMITED SPOTS. People have left their cars here for months and not until somebody calls and complains they do something. No when the parking in the front is done, do you think it will change? Nope just more free parking for people who don’t live here. I called the office just 10 minutes ago and of course nobody picked up but if they had parking decals and towed people cars OR PARK ON THE STREET. This would be a great place to live but it has these easily fixable problems but on another note the trash service is a waste of money. Even when I follow the rules my trash doesn’t get picked up. I just start emptying myself. Come here if you want too. This is in reference to Townview on 1521"

"Absolute hot garbage. Lived here for 12 months, and every other month something went wrong. That isn't a problem, except that it always took maintenance at least 2 weeks to get to it and usually another week to get it fixed. That isn't on maintenance, that is on management not hiring enough maintenance people as well as being willing to spend money on big ticket purchases. It took almost 3 months to get our AC unit fixed in the middle of summer... in Alabama. It took two weeks for them to get a portable ac unit to us and it just barely kept us from baking. The storage units leak and will ruin your stuff. Keep an eye on the plumbing too. I personally will never rent here again or from the Arbour Valley Communities. I would advise anyone thinking about it think long and hard as it will be more headache than it is worth in most instances."

"Ripoff for the application fee. I paid for my daughter and I and was assured of a rental.My daughters roommates father was turned down also. I have not received any explanation for the refusal."
