"This is one of the better urgent cares I have been to in the US. I travel for work and I’m never in one place long enough to have my own doctor. This place was Very clean, friendly staff, but the doctor made the visit. He actually asked questioned like he really cared and then actually listened to the answers. You will have a wait….so don’t think things will be fast but it’s worth it to have such a caring doctor and nurses! I highly recommend."

"A one only because nothing lower is available. I had no problem with the medical care. The front desk is another story. They are so lackadaisical I wanted to see if they were breathing. The management is obviously lacking and non-caring. I had simple stitches in my finger. They are one minute from my house and I didn't want to drive to elsewhere while bleeding all over the place. I had to sign in as if it was my first time there. It wasn't. Every other walk-in clinic asks if I have been there before and if there are any changes to my info. Not here. When I arrived for the 48 hour recheck it was necessary to do the entire sign in as if I hadn't been there two days earlier. Also, it was the first time I have ever had to take a photo of my license and insurance cards to download. They cannot even scan the cards themselves. Another first......a recheck followup that consisted of nothing more than taking off the bandage and looking required a co-pay. I had another co-pay to get the stitches removed. The co-pay is much higher that any other clinic I have visited. So slow they could fall off the roof and not get hurt. I should have driven the extra 45 seconds to the Baptist ER. Finally, after looking at reviews everything made sense. Whoever looks at these reviews must have a dropdown list of replies because they are mostly identical."

"The wait time was 31/2 hours but when we got to the back the doctor an Nurse was so nice even tho my baby boy powers up when she gave him a cover 19 test she Laughed. It off an told him he was her pick me up for the day I was tied but everyone there was so nice even the two Reception an the doctor apologized for the long wait which I understood she listened to how I was trying to explain how my kids were feeling an they got right on it with testing them for everything an it was fast an to the point all in all the time was long but the help was needed thank you all again"
