I've had to research, diagnose and refer myself to medical specialists when my pci doctor couldn't identify an autoimmune problem I encountered several years ago. Also, the patient portal for this system is not as user friendly as it could be and is prone to crashing. And on their phone system, it's very difficult to find a real person to talk to."
