"They are very nice homes but some of the rules they have are stupid like 250 dollar fine if you aren't smoking a cig on the porch if someone says you did you did end of story or fining you if they find your trash on the ground I only have an issue because someone times before they pick up dumpsters an trash is already overflowing the top so if you got that rule you need to make sure there dumped more often"

"The hartselle housing authority will come and fix whatever is wrong immediately. They are so good about that kind of stuff. My dad lives there in the senior apartments and he loves it."
