"Stay away if you expect your right to Quiet Enjoyment that is a law! Maintenance and Management have no respect for the tenant. That ‘Law’ will be put to the test in a Court of Law very soon! A.k.a. Federal court room. Check back for results by the end of the year."
"I lived here for 3 years, in that time only one maintenance issue was resolved. And that was because it would flood another apartment. The 9 issues that were noted on initial inspection (and was promised to be fixed in the first month) were never resolved, despite repeated attempts. All the work orders were always closed. Very odd."
