"Even 30 minutes after they open, their phone line is still set to "after hours" so I can't call and schedule a visit. It's utter bullshit. Doctors are supposed to help not keep the line dead. Needless to say if my daughter can't get a doctor visit I know who to sue"

"It use to be a great practice But now it feels rushed and a lot of confusion. It's very busy and a lot of taking their time. I've heard others complain about their service and wait times while I'm sitting their in front on me so that is not a good thing. My nextvto last visit was extremely long over 3hrs to see the doctor let's just say I was pissed. It has a Coppergreen feel to it now. I love my main doctor but just not at this practice. They really need some new management and new workers just a complete overhaul"

"ABSOLUTE WORST! You always have to leave a message and someone may call you back and that's hit or miss. My daughter was suppose to get a referral to the ENT in August and it's January and I have heard nothing from them. Went to the E.R. and was told to do a follow up with primary care the next day and I call for a appointment and was told the next available was February 13 mind you it's January! After expressing my displeasure I was transferred and set up with a appointment that day."
