"If you like getting threaten for taking up for yourself and getting your tire's slashed and paint thrown all over it and it costing you thousands of dollars and management not doing anything about it because security cameras not working, no security cameras on back side of other apts because it cost to much, falsely accused of thing you didn't do and being jailed for it, Ac problems, several flooding problems, electric problems not taken care of in a timely manner, no one answering emergency number so you have to call corporate or fix it yourself, manager not at the office half the time and won't answer the phone, voicemail full because manager don't how to clear it, can't leave message, poop in front of your patio and dogs running loose and trying to bite you not on a leash problems against the rules, people parking in handicap parking spaces that's not handicap against the rules, visitors parking in front of apts not in back spaces against the rules, non smoking apts rule, but manager let's some people smoke on patios and in apts.,people smoking drug's and cigarettes on both side's of your patio and in front of the apts, nothing being done about it, quiet time from 10pm to 9am but people sitting talking loud and smoking in breeze ways at 5am to 7&8pm, kid's screaming and playing on toys and crying on patios and in front of apts from 5pm to 12pm, people screaming from one apt. building to another apt. building at all hour's, people running up and down step's from 4am till 3am in and out slamming door's and stomping deliberately to wake you up, kids running and screaming playing ball in front of your apt. at 5pm till 8pm so you can't go to bed, dog's barking in apt waking you up all hour's of day and night, placing tables and chairs in the breeze way's and beating on the table up until 10:00pm at night and this is also against the rules, manager always posting new rules on the door's and not following through to in force them, all the all the air-conditions going out and they are putting window units in which is against the rules and won't get the unit's fixed, manager holding meetings and threatening to evict you with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK all the time, manager showing partiality, favoritism and racism, not following rules herself, allowing people to fight in the parking lots all the time, police having to come with their gun's drawn because of renter's threaten shoot someone, manager letting people break rules IF you call her and ask her like she is your mother also claiming she is a preacher, people cussing you out and kicking your patio chairs across your patio because you ask them to quite down at 9pm, manager leaving a good review on the apt. rental page which is against management, Does this sound like a place you want to live? Not for elderly or children"
