"Moved out in December of 2020 but didn't find out until a few months later that the utilities were never switched back over to Ace Management (the management company). I called several times and left several voice mails asking them to take care of the bill because it came from after I moved out. The never returned my calls and when I would physically go to the office, it was always closed and they kept a sign up that said to call the office because they weren't going to have the office open because of Covid. Now I have a bill from a bill collector about the debt, that I wasn't responsible for."

"Been here two years, never been late on rent and came home to 30 day notice. When i called about the letter she had the nerve to lie and say its for remodel. My unit was completely redone the week before i moved in. I pay $650. TBH i think they are not renewing my lease to get a new renter to pay more. They have NO problem putting a single mother with three children on the streets. Other things include but not limited to, high grass, dangerous electrical cords hanging everywhere, no lighting in living room or bedrooms, no electrical sockets in bathrooms, slow-no maintance, nosy neighbors, black mold and roaches."

"I have not had many Landlords in my life and I am old. The NEW OWNERS, ACE PROPERTY have come to the rescue of this community where I live now. A few decades ago this complex was IT !!! Everybody wanted to live here. There were many good times here and a few not so good. I think you find what you look hardest for. I live there now !!! King Arthur had his Avalon and I have mine. It is a terrific place for responsible pet owners with PLENTY of room to walk and walk and walk (on a leash of course) and that is when I have met most all of my neighbors and the folks that live here are also terrific. I really appreciate ACE coming into our county, they have certainly taken excellent care of me and I look forward to many good days ahead with them. BRAVO ACE"
