The property owners are very friendly and attentive to any need you may have and very quick to respond to any work orders- although you will most likely not have any because they do a great job of keeping everything up to date. The price is very reasonable for rentals with increased property taxes for the area. If I were ever in need for a place again in Decatur- there is only one place I would look!"
