"Dr.Lenhard is the absolute best obgyb I’ve ever seen. We had our third and probably last child with him, the entire pregnancy he was so caring snd listened to all my concerns, I had to have a c section because little man decided to flip to breach a few weeks before I was due and he made sure I was comfortable in a pretty scary situation. There is no doctor better then him, if your a female that is uncomfortable with male doctors trust me he is better then any female or male doctor I’ve seen! Chose him as your ob trust me you will not regret it at all."
"I am so disappointed with this office. Dr. Banks was absolutely fantastic when I saw him, I was happy to find someone who would really listen to me and take my concerns seriously. However, I’ve had a terrible experience with half of the office staff. A few of them were so kind, but the other half made me never want to return. The nurse/MA that brought me back seemed like she didn’t have the best bedside manner. Maybe it was just a strong personality and I was anxious. Two weeks after my appointment, I called because there weren’t any test results on my patient portal and I wanted to see if there was any update. I was told my doctor didn’t upload to the patient portal (weird) but I would get a call when all of my results were in. A few days after that, I received a call with my results. I was told everything was perfectly normal. I had several questions because frankly I was shocked to hear everything came back “normal”. The nurse seemed very rushed and a little annoyed with my questions and continuously reassured me I did not have any abnormal results. I called later about getting a copy of my results but was sent to voicemail. No call back. Maybe a week later (I had gone out of town), I called the office again about getting a copy of my test results. I was told (by a different nurse, she was very sweet) they can send a copy in the mail. Okay, great. Then I get another call back letting me know I had an infection but she didn’t see that I had a prescription sent In for it. I am so unbelievably tired of having to advocate for myself in women’s medicine. I have had this infection for weeks without treatment and wouldn’t have even been given a prescription had I not persistently called. When I finally had my prescription put in, they did not even put in the right insurance information for me. A few of the staff members here are rude and dismissive, I did not even list everything that made me decide to not return to this office. I even saw another woman’s pictures of her cervix taken from a GYN procedure, including her name and DOB, sitting face up on one of the counters in clear view in the office. When I mentioned that I could see it to the staff, they said yeah, it’s for the doctor. Okay? Put it face down with a sticky note on it. You should care about HIPAA and protecting your patient’s privacy. As someone who also works in women’s medicine and is extremely passionate about it- we’re all human. We make mistakes. But this has been a nightmare. Do better."
"Dr. Aultman is the bomb, the front staff is always super kind and organized, the ultrasound and lab department are always on point and make you feel comfortable. ALL of the nurses are genuine and caring. The other doctors in the practice also seem great."
"I had a partial hysterectomy and ovarian drilling Monday - I had to stay the night - I was terrified because I stay at a hospital overnight in WA after a procedure and the experience was horrible. Not only is Dr Maddox and incredible Doctor she is an amazing listener and teacher. She takes her time with you and helps you understand. My nurses Ashley and Rachael were AMAZING. Super helpful and made me feel at ease. I’m truly blessed from start to finish my nurses were great. I would recommend theses people to anyone and everyone. Thank you for taking care of me!"
"My first visit per referral from a current patient. With today’s mishaps in society I was hesitant, but I must say best decision. The staff are amazing! Dr. Maddox is extremely informative and illustrates compassion for her patients. I highly recommend this office. Great to know there are doctors who remain passionate about their work. Love."
