"I had an appointment for a follow-up in January and I asked before my appointment if there would be a charge. I was told that all of the services I received would be covered and I would not have to pay anything. A month later I got a bill for $211. I followed up with the office because it is unacceptable to me that I was told something would be free and later expected to pay over 200$ for that service. They were unwilling to waive my bill. I will not be returning here and I suggest asking for written back-up for anything they tell you regarding payments."
