"They seem to close whenever they feel like it. I was going to stop by there when they were supposed to be open luckily I called 1st but they closed early that has happened 3 times, it's ridiculous how are we supposed to know if they can close whenever they feel like it. If it says close at the7 stay till 7 no it doesn't say open till we decide to close. It says CLOSES AT 7:00 MON-SAT. I think. Someone needs to do something about them closing early it isn't right!!"

"My wife, my daughter and myself all had our eyes checked here. We couldn’t find any frames we liked so we went elsewhere. When we all received our new glasses none of us could see out of them. In talking to the business where we got the glasses they said they couldn’t believe our prescriptions, that none of them made sense. We had to all get rechecked and start over."

"Poor excuse for an optical center. No hours listed here. Call the store and select optical - no hours given. Store opens at 9:00. Surprise! Optical opens at 10:00. I wait until 10:00. Nobody there. I went to customer service to find help. Still no one at 10:15. I am out of here. After this debacle I wouldn’t want these slackers to make my glasses anyway."
