"I went in to see Dr. Reeves last week and they were fast and polite on top of being extremely busy! I checked in on my phone before I left home. (GREAT FEATURE) 5 people came out the door when I came in so I thought I would be in at least a couple of hours. I needed a lot of refills on top of being sick needing antibiotics. I got in and out with 5 prescriptions in under 20 minutes without a glitch!"

"Brent trying to make an appt for my husband who has been sick for two weeks. We’ve been once but they didn’t do anything the first time but make him take a test that did nothing. Over an hour on hold and still no one to talk to. It took them 25 minutes to take the phones off the night service. Ridiculous. If they are that busy they need another physician or more office staff"

"Stop scheduling patients with nurse practitioners without notifying the patient. Nobody wants to see one hence to why an appointment was only available with her. They cannot give the full care that patients need. Pee all over the bathroom. Nurse practitioner discussing my medical history loudly in the hall way. Unprofessional."

"Dr. Warren was exceptional. The lady who took my blood was not friendly but she did her thing when she took my blood. I did not feel the needle at all. Both individuals deserve raises. I did not have to spend eternity in the waiting room. A patient for as long as Dr. Warren is there."

I was clicking my heels when I left. They treat you as a person, not a number. Explains everything. Great bedside manners. I no longer dread going to see my PC. Extremely pleased, to say the least."
