"I liked the stylist until they ssked if I put hair trestment and even though I said no they ignored me and went ahead and applied goop which looked like greasy hair Squiggly afterwards. Didn’t like how checkout digital display they put preset $ tip amounts that started at 20% and increased in $2 increments. My first vidit so got the free VIP treatment which included hair wash in a really dark room and had to sneak past another customer in a cramped room ewww and a massage with a beatrr bar vinrator that felt like a bruising. Have to think really long if I will return because the first 2/3 session was great then ruined so bad by 3 strikeouts mentioned. I am torn. Easily the stylist haircut by itself would have been 5 stars but 3 deductions means 2 star ranking. Will revise if I return ut need to wash my hair 3 times to get the goop out and see if the original haircut results are still worth it."

"Melissa seems like she knows what shes doing I will say that. WORST experience I have ever had I don’t even know my stylist name. Been going to sports clips for YEARS. Completely botched my haircut and complained the whole time about “not knowing how to do it” and it’s “new because of this generation” I asked for a mid drop fade like I usually get. If you were not comfortable doing it maybe say so next time. Made me pay for a hair cut that I was completely unhappy with but gave me a “discount”. I literally have to get another haircut because you didn’t know what you were doing. I work in customer service and this is not how it’s done. I always tip my stylist great, the only reason you got a tip is because you did my son right. Will not be returning to this location, poor treatment, poor service, and above all poor attitude. Maybe this is the wrong career for you."
