"wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone, repairs take weeks, management doesn't answer or call back unless you show to the office 20 mins away from the apartment itself."
"This place “lost” my son’s application after telling him it was approved and he’d be sent a lease. In the meantime (24 hrs) they rented the apartment out from under him, in effect leaving him homeless. To add insult to injury, they kept the application fee."
"Got assigned to stay here for a work assignment. the bedroom is basically in the street and you can hear everything from the cars to the conversation in the units above you. Plus my toilet sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen; the maintenance guys can’t work on it unless you’re there physically so I’m just gonna step on towels until they find the time. Also the oven sets the fire alarm off the minute you open it unless you open the door to outside and have the fan running and only open it in small increments."
