"I usually wait 15 minutes for Nick to finish the person prior every time I have an appointment. I haven’t complained once and always tip him anyway. The one time I show up 2 minutes late he makes me reschedule. The shop owner doesn’t hold himself to the same standard as his customers. Edit: Nick has a “cut off” time of 5 minutes that isn’t posted anywhere and just went into effect at the start of 2024. It is January 4th, 2024. To be more precise, I was 2 minutes late to this new time, which once again isn’t posted anywhere."
