"Not very nice service. The hairdresser didn’t introduce herself or say my name. She didn’t ask what I wanted just started spraying my hair and face with water. Didn’t pause for me to take my glasses off. I had to tell her finally how I wanted my hair to look and she didn’t say anything just started chopping at it. I asked my bangs to go all the way across my forehead and she didn’t listen and cut them as if I were still going to part them and sweep them to the sides. The end result isn’t even and I only allow myself one haircut a year. I left the store and cried in my car tbh it’s the worst experience I've had"
