"My husband and I both see Dr. Felkner, we could not be happier with her listening skills, thoroughness, caring , professionalism, and to get to the bottom of your problem to tackle it and make it right with patient."
"Well....my 82 year old mother has been having abdominal pain since Tuesday (now Thursday afternoon at 4:40pm) and I just called and received the answering service (office doesn't close until 5pm). We had an appt with the nurse practitioner on Tuesday where they took blood and xray of my mother. Called back and scheduled a CT scan on Wednesday at 4pm. It's now Thursday at 4:45pm and we are still awaiting a call on the results. We have called the office since 8:45am and it's now 4:45pm to no avail. We have not gotten any guidance on what to do with my mother. No medicine, no reading of the CT scan & no consulting of the doctor (Dr Herron). We brought my mother to the DR office to avoid an urgent care or the emergency room due to COVID. If this Dr office was not able to handle the situation they should have advised us to go to the hospital to get a diagnosis and remedy."

"I do not normally review anyone on the internet but after speaking to my nephew who is also a doctor, I was told I needed to do this. This review is not for Dr. Wang since I was not able to see him but it is for his administrative staff. As a new patient, I did everything they asked me to do with a seven plus week advanced appointment. I even came in a month earlier to fill out new patient forms so that all paper work would be completed ahead of time. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and I was told to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paper work., even though that had been done. Due to traffic I arrived on the parking lot at 1:28 p.m. After finding a parking space and riding the elevator up to the fourth floor, I enter the waiting room only to find a line of people at the check in area. I patiently waited, and saw an elderly man standing at the window in front of the line speaking to the receptionist. After some time, she finally found his appointment, and quickly informed the gentleman that he was a month early. He was using a walker and appeared to be alone so I got out of line to help him with the door and while I was doing so, another person came in. I finally got the elderly gentleman though the door and on his way down the hall but when I returned, I had lost my place in line. So I patiently got back in line and waited my turn again. By the time I got to the window and informed the young lady who I was she promptly asked me to wait and she left the room. I again waited a few minutes and she returned to tell me that the doctor could not see me today and pointed to the clock which showed 1:45 p.m. by then. Surprised and shocked, I asked why since my appointment is not until 2:00 p.m. and I had already fill out the new patient paper work. She informed me that she could not find my paper work in my folder and I would have to make another appointment. I informed her that I had waited a long time to get this appointment, needed to see the doctor and I would be happy to fill out the paperwork again. She then said that she checked with someone in the back and I would need to make another appointment. I did not say another word and I promptly left. So my review today is not for Dr. Wang's professional ability since I will not be seeing him in the future to evaluate. However, my review is for his administrated staff that unquestionably have not been trained to deal with the public or patients. I hope in the future, these doctors/partners in this practice will listen to their patients and these reviews and make needed changes in their office staff, for their patients sake. Thank you,"
