"Great prices"
"Appears to be a great place for the elderly when I visit, but I think it is ridiculous that they are constantly going up on these people rent. 800 dollars starting November first from 500 and something due to cost of living is a crock. Nothing has changed and saying due to Covid has played out, so again come up with something else. They need to get storm doors put up on those apartments on the front at a bare minimum if not the back doors. Take care of the people and they may not have such a big issue with the price increase"
