"After signing up for business and auto policies, I have Never been able to contact anyone form this group, or receive any call backs. Several attempts a day, several days a week, all within posted business hours, absolutely nothing. I understand the individual who helped us through the process has decided to leave their team, however a year is more than enough time to assign a new rep, or answer a phone call. Worst company we have ever done business with."

"After receiving numerous calls a day, I answered, and stated "so & so wasn't here" at the time (because I was driving), I was going to ask to take a message but was hung up on. I called back and left a message voicing my issue with this and asked to be removed from calling list. I received another call today, and when I explained to Joe about the situation he basically said, don't pretend to be someone you're not", not really sure what that was all about, but he was extremely unprofessional and he clearly knew I had asked to be removed from the calling list but chose to call me back anyways. I wish I could give you 0 stars for this unprofessional and unnecessary behavior."
