"I was looking for an updated hair style and gave this place a try in a whim. My barber was James W, who is the owner of this fine establishment. James was professional, kind and courteous. He listened to my ideas and adapted them to a style that fits me and I absolutely love his work. This is a fantastic place if you're looking for a hair cut or beard trim give them a try. I'm glad I did!"

"I brought my son in. He showed not just a picture, but a video on how he wanted his haircut. I paid 40$, gave 10$ tip. My son acted like it was fine as he is shy & doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but as soon as we walked out and got in the car he was so upset. He wouldn’t go to school. The haircut looked absolutely nothing like the picture, well video of the haircut he wanted, and my niece that still hasn’t quite finished School for hair, fixed it thankfully!!! Actually picked up the razor for the sides, made everything even! At 1st I thought it was because he has white hair, (no don’t turn this into racism) but I thought maybe he is just used to cutting only black ppl hair as our hair is different. Then I see pictures on the website of white and black ppl haircuts. I’m not putting your name out there because I know mistakes happen. But if anything, please use this as a learning opportunity. When someone shows you a picture (video!) on how they want there haircut, especially a 14 yr old, pay attention, stop talking for a second, and do it correctly or say you aren’t able to! To him, that was one of the worse days of his life. 14 year olds need it right. Especially when you show them exactly how you want it. Learning opportunities! Please take it!"
