"I bought a mobile home out here and I love it , it's quiet and people keep to themselves, also they put a playground in the back for the kids around here , and they will actually fix stuff. I had some concerns moving here, but I absolutely love it around here."

"Just recently purchased a home in the park. The neighborhood is quiet. Coming from a busy city, it's nice to have the quiet. Walmart is close, lots of fast food to pick from, some sit-down places to eat, shopping, and everything else you need is close. Will be checking out the historic district soon"

"This park has come a long way since a year or so ago. The property manager is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. She takes the safety of the tenants in the park very seriously. She gets the bad and concerning out. She tries her very best to keep the park as clean and as in order as she can. Maintenance is really good too and listens to concerns. Tough job, I wouldn’t want either one, but they are really doing a good job!"

"Very overpriced for a trailor park. Stopped in and asked for price and was told at least 900.00 a month starting price for a single 2 to 3 bedroom. Thanks but no. If i could pass a credit check n have that amount of rent then id just get a load and buy a house. Ive lived my childhood in trailors and they are horrible to heat and cool. Youll easily have a 500+ power bill all year long. Honestly probably cheaper to just live at the local hotel"

"I absolutely LOVE Payne Creek... we haven't even moved in yet, but it's unlike ANY "mobile home park" that I've ever seen. It's so nice and well kept. The manager is SO sweet and she does everything she can to help you. I think it will be a wonderful place for us to raise our new daughter!"
