"Really disappointed in my husband's experience here. We're new to the area and I sent him here after reading all the awesome reviews. He walked in on a Saturday morning around 10 and had Lee cut his hair and trim his beard. While the price was great (only $20), the quality was lacking. There were tufts of hair on the back of his head that Lee had missed and were noticeably longer than the rest of his hair. His beard had been trimmed, but not shaped or cleaned up at all. I ended up having to clean him up at home with our clippers to make his cut presentable. We will not be back--which I am bummed about, since my husband loves a classic barbershop experience and this location is a local business so close to our home."

"I’ve been going to John for 2 decades and the shop has been part of the community for longer than that. I’d argue that he give the best fades in the city. I’ve got a big/weird shaped head and John is the only barber that has ever been able to give me a perfect looking fade/haircut. He takes his time and gives you a great haircut every time. The dude is an artist. The business has a Korean barbershop type style. John cleans up the top of your cheeks and eybebrows a bit if you have a beard...uses a straight razor around your neck line and ears, etc. I haven’t had a bad haircut in 20 years because of him. He has a TON of regulars and everybody kind of thinks of it as “their place” and love to tell other people about it. If you are a guy in need of a haircut you can’t go wrong at DW Lees."
