"After my brother passed away almost 2 years ago and being the barber who cut my hair for almost 20+ years, I knew it was going to be hard to find someone new. But that’s when I met Jay Benz. I remember the first day he asked me what I wanted to do as a haircut, and I almost broke down in tears. Jay took the time to ask me questions, what I liked, what I didn’t like, and that’s when he said “I got you”. He knew the shoes he was filling of my brother and he truly took great pride. From the perfect fade, or just a trim, he takes care of me every single time I see him. Now we’ve become really good friends, in and outside of our professional careers. The XG Groom Room is clean, relaxing, always has some music playing, and it all seems like one big family. Its a vibe like nothing else. Everyone has their own styles. Even the shops has its on style. Relaxing area to chill, to even the old school bar by the TV. I grew up spending my entire Saturdays at my brother’s shop.
